Today we celebrated Lindsay’s 7th birthday and Grandma Anne’s birthday at Michael’s parent’s home. The neat thing was, Michael and I had bought a present for Lindsay, hidden it, and he’d driven it over to their home the night before, so she wouldn’t accidentally see it before we gave it to her.

We finally got to meet my first nephew today, Gavin! Aunt Eileen had a party at her house for Mike, Eleanor and their beautiful 3-month old baby. It was great to see him, hold him, and hear him chattering up a storm. I’ll post photos soon.

We went to Costco today, I think originally to buy socks. $190 later, we finally left the store. Ack! It’s really ok though, we rarely shop at normal grocery stores except for things like fruit and veggies, and only go to Costco usually once or twice a month. So I don’t feel too bad.
