Does this mean the kids are safe or in danger?

So this morning I took Owen to Kindergarten like I always do. It starts at 8:30am, we got there at 8:25. Usually there’s about 10 billion kids outside running around screaming and playing. It’s pretty nice, if you don’t mind the hearing loss.
