Foods to avoid: Kellogg’s brand products

- Company: Kellogg’s
- Fact: Products listed (and many not listed) contain High Fructose Corn Syrup, including their touted ‘healthy cereals’ like Kellogg’s Special K Cereal.
- Including: Nutri-Grain Cereal Bars (the first ingredient is HFCS!), Pop Tarts, Eggo Waffles, French Toaster Sticks, Eggo Pancakes, almost all Kellogg’s cereals (I don’t think All Bran or Crispix contain HFCS).
- Healthier alternatives: Healthier breakfast cereal choices. Make your own: french toast, pancakes, waffles.

Oh nuts. Some of my favorite microwave products here. Sigh. I will send this to my Wild Thing and she’ll probably stop buying them. (She knows what’s good for me.) On the other hand, I just might score some of the home made goodies you mention. :)
She’s a great cook.
