can you please put a list of exercises… thanks…
are you also strict in what you eat?
It would be nice if you do a list.
10 calories a minute…. Makes you think twice when eating high carb food.
10 calories a minute? Aren’t there other exercises which burn more calories? I don’t have a clue but this doesnt sound like much… How many calories does a average person eat per day?

So you can burn off a day’s worth of food in like 3 hours. Not bad.

I have found that riding my bike on the Katy Trail (Missouri) for an hour averaging 12 mph will burn right around 500 calories. I don’t know why but for some reason the elliptical trainer is uncomfortable to me.
The only problem with riding my bike now is it gets dark so early I don’t have time to ride after work so I started walking. I’m not too worried about running into something while walking in the dark! :)

Nice stats.Its always important to burn calories but never knew you can burn so much in just 45mins workout.

I thought that I was the only fan of intervention. Everyone that I speak with can’t stand the show - they say that it’s too depressing. Frankly, I find it fascinating and uplifting on some levels.

Do you accompany your workout with a diet? It’s nice to balance workouts with a healthy diet to get the best results. Eating unhealthy food then working it out is not really a good thing.

I guess that works for you. I think 45 minutes of fat burning exercise is great! I don’t do much exercise myself due to my hectic schedule. I go to the gym once a week and workout for a couple of hours but I do daily brisk walks every morning in our small neighborhood and it helps a lot. Thanks for sharing!

It is good to burn calories losing weight will make you look good. You need to do more exercise to burn more calories I think 10 calories a minute is very less
Pretty impressive how you keep track of your calories and workout schedule. It is a little motivating.
Woo good to read that you lost weight but it is too less 10 calories a minute you should do more or you should find another way to burn more calories. try cycling in morning it will you a lot.

There are a lot of pleasant things to look at on this site.
not only am I impressed with the exercise program you have going, Melissa, but I was also charmed by some of the photos you have randomly displayed.
For example, the group of children and teachers visit to the farm was nice.
It struck me that only 100 years ago, the picture would have been reversed. That is, all of the children would have been employed on the farm in one capacity of another, and the visitors from the city would have been just few in number.

I get similar results when i do the elliptical, about 10 calories/minute. I think riding a bike might burn more though.
